Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Renter
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the rental start date and time will receive a full refund of any deposit paid, minus a 5% administration fee.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental start date will forfeit the full deposit amount.
No-shows (failure to collect the vehicle without prior notice) will forfeit the full rental amount paid.
2. Cancellation by 4Seasons Car Hire
In the rare event we are unable to fulfil a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, vehicle breakdown, etc.), we will offer an equivalent replacement vehicle or a full refund of all amounts paid.
3. Early Returns
Vehicles returned before the agreed return date are not eligible for a partial refund of unused rental days unless agreed upon in writing at the time of booking.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. International transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
5. Deposit Refunds
Security deposits (credit card holds) are released within 5 business days of vehicle return, provided no damage or additional charges apply.
